Supercell is one of the last major mobile publishers to keep aggressive regional pricing. After the 2024 Supercell Store launch a direct web channel opened, bypassing Apple / Google fees. Argentina has the most aggressive spread, but ARS volatility requires hourly repricing. Turkey is more stable on volume. Note: wholesale is slightly above Supercell Store retail because the distributor gets a 5-8% rebate via partner channel.
Account region-locking and Supercell ID
Supercell ID is the unified auth layer across Clash Royale, CoC, Brawl Stars, Squad Busters. Account region is set by the first purchase:
- Via Supercell Store: registration country
- Via Apple / Google: store account region
After the first purchase region changes are allowed once per 12 months via support request. But for distributors this is not a blocker: gems credit any Supercell ID regardless of region when purchased via Supercell Store.
Supercell Store works directly with Player Tag (no VPN, no settings change). That simplifies integration: the distributor receives a Player Tag from the customer, places the order via partner channel, and gems credit in 30-60 seconds.
Risk profile
- Upstream chargeback: low via authorized partner channel. Grey Supercell Store pin-code sources show 2-3% revocation
- Supercell ToS: does not forbid cross-region purchases. Active enforcement targets cheat injectors and account sales
- Account ban for RMT: applies only if the reseller handles account or gem transfer between Supercell IDs. Top-up to a customer's Player Tag is allowed
- FX: ARS/TRY require hourly, BRL/IDR daily
