How to Become a FoxReload Supplier — Requirements & Onboarding 2026

FoxReload routes ~$40M of annual digital-goods volume to vetted suppliers across 60+ countries. If you sit on inventory of game top-ups, gift cards, eSIM bundles, or mobile recharges and want exposure to thousands of B2B distributors, this article walks through exactly what it takes to become a FoxReload supplier in 2026.

Hard requirements

We screen for stability and compliance before onboarding. Minimum bar:

  • Legal entity in a FATF-compliant jurisdiction (EU, UK, US, UAE, Singapore, HK, Türkiye, Brazil, India, etc.). Sole-proprietorship considered case by case if revenue history is strong.
  • Verified inventory source — direct publisher contract, regional master distributor, or telco-grade aggregator. Grey-market sources are rejected.
  • Minimum monthly volume of $5,000 USD across our distribution rails. Smaller volume = referral partner, not direct supplier.
  • Payment rails: ability to accept SWIFT, SEPA, or USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20) settlement. We pay weekly in your chosen rail.
  • Technical contact — at least one engineer who can answer integration questions in English or Russian.

KYB documents required: certificate of incorporation, UBO declaration, recent bank statement, source-of-inventory contract or letter.

Commission and pricing

FoxReload runs on a transparent commission model — there are no hidden listing fees or shelf-space charges.

Monthly settled volume Commission
$5k – $25k 12%
$25k – $100k 10%
$100k – $500k 9%
$500k+ 8% (negotiable)

Commission is deducted from gross settlement on each invoice cycle. You set your own wholesale prices in the supplier portal and can adjust them in real time — but price-cuts inside an active reservation window are honoured at the locked rate.

The 2-week onboarding timeline

A standard onboarding runs ~10 business days end to end:

  • Days 1–2: application review, KYB document collection
  • Days 3–5: legal review, master supply agreement signed
  • Days 6–8: sandbox API integration, test orders, reconciliation walkthrough
  • Days 9–10: production go-live with capped volume ($10k/day for first week)

Suppliers with existing API infrastructure (REST + webhooks) frequently complete onboarding in 5–7 days. Suppliers requiring CSV-batch fallback take ~14 days.

What FoxReload provides

Beyond a buyer-side audience, suppliers receive: real-time inventory portal, daily settlement reports, dispute-resolution SLA (48 h), dedicated account manager from $25k/mo, and inclusion in our distributor marketing newsletter (~12,000 active distributor subscribers).

If your inventory fits and you can clear the volume threshold, FoxReload onboarding is one of the fastest paths to predictable B2B demand for digital goods. Submit an application at foxreload.com/suppliers — you will hear back within two business days.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum monthly volume to apply as a FoxReload supplier?
Around $5,000 USD wholesale value per month. Smaller suppliers are welcome but onboarding is lower priority. Established suppliers above $50k/month get a dedicated account manager and faster contract review.
How long does FoxReload supplier onboarding take?
About 2 weeks end-to-end. Day 1–3 is application + KYB documents, day 4–7 is legal review and contract signing, day 8–10 covers API integration and sandbox testing, day 11–14 is production launch and pilot rollout to our top distributors.
What commission does FoxReload take from suppliers?
8–10% on gaming codes (Steam, PSN, Xbox), 10–12% on mobile top-ups, 10–15% on eSIM and software keys. Volume discounts kick in above $100k monthly wholesale volume.
Can sole proprietors join, or only registered companies?
We strongly prefer registered legal entities (LLC, Ltd, GmbH). Sole proprietors can apply but onboarding is more involved — we need proof of operating history, a bank account in the business name, and a tax registration.
Do I need a REST API or can I deliver codes by email?
REST API + webhooks is strongly preferred and gets priority onboarding. Email-based fulfilment is supported for niche categories but caps your monthly volume potential — FoxReload distributors expect <60s delivery.
