These Terms constitute a public offer and govern the relationship between FoxReload (the "Platform") and the legal or natural person using the Platform for wholesale purchasing of digital goods (the "Partner"). Use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1. Acceptance
Account registration, API key creation, or placing the first order constitute full acceptance of these Terms. If the Partner does not agree with any provision, use of the Platform must cease. The Terms are in force from registration until termination of the relationship.
2. Account and Partner obligations
The Partner shall provide accurate registration data and keep it current. The Partner is fully responsible for the security of credentials and API keys; all actions performed via the account are deemed actions of the Partner. Compromise of keys or suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately.
3. Service description
The Platform provides access to a catalog of digital goods (gift cards, game top-ups, eSIM, software keys, etc.) through a web interface and a REST API. The Platform acts as an intermediary between suppliers and the Partner. Availability, pricing, and delivery times may change without prior notice.
4. Orders, payments, balance
Orders are paid from the Partner’s prepaid balance. Balance top-ups are available via the methods listed in the dashboard: USDT (TRC20/ERC20), bank transfers, SBP, Bybit UID. Prices are quoted in USD; conversion to other currencies follows the Platform’s internal rate. A placed and paid order is considered complete once the code is delivered to the Partner.
5. Intellectual property
All Platform materials (including code, design, text, trademarks) belong to FoxReload and are protected by applicable law. The Partner is granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for purposes of purchasing and reselling the acquired goods.
6. Prohibited actions
It is prohibited to: (1) use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion; (2) automated catalog scraping outside the API in excess of technical limits; (3) attempt unauthorized access to other accounts; (4) resell goods in jurisdictions where prohibited by the rights holder; (5) share API keys with third parties; (6) take any action violating applicable law.
7. Liability limits
The Platform is not liable for losses caused by: supplier failures, changes in policies of receiving platforms (Steam, PSN, Apple, etc.), actions of banks and payment providers, or force majeure. The Platform’s maximum aggregate liability on any basis is limited to the amount paid by the Partner in the preceding 30 days.
8. Termination
The Partner may close the account at any time; unused balance is refundable to the originating requisites under the Refund Policy. The Platform may suspend or terminate access in case of breach, fraudulent activity, or order from competent authorities — with notice to the Partner, except where notice is prohibited by law.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Platform may change the Terms. Material changes are published at least 14 days before they take effect, with notice to the Partner. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Jurisdiction and disputes
The Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, in the court at the Platform’s seat, unless applicable law mandates otherwise (e.g., mandatory consumer jurisdiction for retail users).
